This house was once the servants quarters to a large home on Main Street in Chatham. Spaulding had this building moved in the late 1950's.  It is near the boatyard and directly on the water, with spectacular water and sunset views.  Bart has had this house remodeled in 2000 and it now has a beautiful upstairs master bedroom (queen) with cable TV, a full bath, as well as a wonderful small balcony looking directly out over the Mill Pond.  Downstairs is a living room with a working antique Franklin Stove, dining room, kitchen, a with a double/twin bunk/trundle bed combination (can sleep 4 in this room) bedroom and a full bath w/ washer/dryer.  It has cable TV/VCR as well as an outside shower.  There is a large deck along the back of the house, from which you step down to the beach.

$1,750/week – May through mid-June, and October
