Designed by Spaulding and built in 1941-42, is a 1 1/2 story Gambrel house.  There is a large beamed ceiling living room (w/cable TV) with a beautiful fireplace, a view of the Mill Pond and an adjoining a twin bedroom.  Step up to a dining area (seats 8 comfortably) with a large bay window, kitchen (with dishwasher), master bedroom (queen) w/cable TV/VCR, and a master bathroom (shower) with washer/dryer and a huge walk-in closet.   Upstairs is a master suite (queen) with a sitting room and private bath (shower), cable TV.   There are several skylights in the upstairs rooms.
